Rules & Regulations

  1.  Student should present himself/herself neatly dressed in the SCHOOL UNIFORM DAILY.

  2.  All students are encouraged to SPEAK ENGLISH in the school premises, and in the bus.  Students must take pride in conversing in English.

  3.  Every student is expected to be polite, courteous, respectful, disciplined and in their best behavior at all times. No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises.

  4.  Greet your teachers in a pleasant and audible tone whenever you meet them in school or outside.

  5.  Every student of the school must possess the School Diary and bring it to the school every day.

  6.  Students have to be punctual and regular in the school.

  7.  Students are not allowed to bring motor bikes or other vehicles other than bicycles to the school.

  8.  Every student is expected to uphold the name and honour of the school.

  9.  The classroom and school premises should be kept neat and tidy.

  10.  Change of address or phone number/mobile number must be immediately communicated to the school in writing.

  11.  Care must be taken of all school property. Any damage caused by a student will attract a fine and disciplinary action.

  12.  Books and copies must be covered and well maintained.

  13.  Students are not allowed to carry any form of transistors, walkman, mobile phone, pen drives, sim-  cards, memory cards, Dvd’s or any other electronic devices. They will be confiscated if found and  disciplinary action will be initiated which can result in expulsion from the school.

  14.  Articles like expensive watches and gold jewellery are also prohibited. School will not be responsible  for any loss of such valuable or expensive articles.

  15.  No books, magazines, periodicals, articles, other than the prescribed syllabus should be brought to  school.

  16.  Written apology will be demanded by the school authorities for the willful breach of discipline both  from the pupil as well as parent as a pre-requisite.

  17.  No re-test or pre-test will be conducted and no average marking will be given.

  18.  Leave should not be taken during exam time. If there is an unavoidable condition, parents should  personally meet the principal. If the child is sick then a medical certificate should be submitted along  with the leave application.

  19.  It is compulsory for students to complete 75% attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for  the final examination.

  20.  Students are not allowed to enter the science lab or touch any solutions without teacher’s  permission.

  21.  On birthdays students are allowed to come to school in civil dress. Care should be taken to dress  appropriately. Sleeveless, short-tops, short or tight dresses will not be permitted for girl students. You may present yourself decently on the occasion.

  22.  Students should not waste their time in idle gossip.

  23.  Parents are advised to provide nutritious food, i.e. roties green vegetables, fruits etc. as Tiffin to their  ward.  Any type of junk food is not allowed.

  24.  Special assemblies will be organized a day before festivals & special celebrations to commemorate  the occasion appropriately.

  25.  Any message to the teachers concerning your ward should be communicated in writing, preferably through the diary. The parents should as their ward to show such communications to the Class teacher and obtain initials as soon as the ward reaches the school.

  26. T elephone calls to teaching staff are strictly prohibited during the class hours.

  27.  Visitors including parents will not be allowed to meet the teachers or the students during the class  hours without prior permission from the Principal.

  28.  The school management reserves the right to add, alter, and cancel any rule at any time at its discretion which will be binding to student and their parents/ guardians.
